Working Together: Possibility to Opportunity during the Transition to Adulthood

Work Together NC is a Community Collaborative of self-advocates, family members, employers, educators, and service providers involved in
systems change to increase employment opportunities for people with IDD. The WTNC team will provide an overview of the project. After their short
presentation there will be a listening session where attendees will be invited to talk about their ideas for improving the transition process.
This session will be Spanish interpreted.
